Während die Notunterkünfte rund um den Hauptbahnhof überquellen, stehen alleine im Münchner Bahnhofsviertel vier Hotels mit insgesamt 11.500qm Fläche leer, die für Unterbringung von ukrainischen Geflüchteten genutzt werden könnten:

Wir wollen einen Dialog mit den Eigentümern eröffnen, um schnellstmöglich Wohnraum für bedürftige ukrainische Familien zu schaffen. Wir bitten die Eigentümer, möglichst schnell mit uns in Kontakt zu treten, damit geklärt werden kann, in welcher Weise die Gebäude genutzt werden können, damit unsere Stadt München der grausamen Not der Geflüchteten nicht mit dem Zynismus des Leerstands begegnet.

The emergency shelters surrounding the central station in Munich are currently overflowing, and at the same time, there are four empty hotels in the area with a total of 11,500 sqm, which could be used to house Ukrainian refugees:

We would like to cooperate with the owners to create immediate housing for Ukrainian families. We ask the owners to get in touch with us as soon as possible to clarify in which way these vacant buildings can be used, so that our city does not confront refugees in need of help with cynicism.
